Samsung Experience Store

Samsung opened a brand new 160 meter squared Experience Store in Helsinki’s City Center Complex on August 1^st. The store is the first of its kind in Scandinavia and gives customers the possibility to test and observe how different Samsung devices communicate with each other.

The Experience Store concentrates on Samsung’s latest mobile technology and innovations. In the future the store will also host various free-of-charge educational events led by Samsung experts for enterprises and consumers.
Lighting plays an important role in the store. The final shop design concept were designed by Cheil, while in Finland the design was followed up by Tuomas Lehtonen, a designer of Blink Creative design. The lighting design was supervised by lighting designer Jari Vuorinen from Lighting Design Collective.

The entire store is illuminated using systems from iGuzzini’s LED range. General lighting was achieved with Deep Frame LED and accent lighting with the use of white high-power and RGB Ledstrip.
